By accessing or using ZeroFriction ("the Service"), operated by ZeroFriction, Inc. ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ZeroFriction provides a collection of browser-based tools including PDF utilities, image editors, investment calculators, and AI-powered job search tools. Some tools are free to use, while others require credits purchased through the platform.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you must sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account or allow others to access the Service using your credentials.

4. Credits and Payments

Certain tools require credits to use. Credits can be purchased through our payment provider, PayU. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious files or content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service beyond normal usage

6. Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. AI-Powered Features

Some tools use artificial intelligence to analyze your content. AI-generated results are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated outputs.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroFriction, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZeroFriction, Inc. and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
